Petritis Villas is a complex of five passive houses, located in the village of Nea Iraklitsa, Kavala, Greece. The village is 12 km away from the city of Kavala.

Each house represents an individual building with its own swimming pool and landscaped garden. Each house is luxuriously furnished.
