Situated in Kariotes next to Lygia village only 3,5 klm from city of Lefkada and 450 meters from the beach. Within 250 metres you have a Mini a mini market ,a bakery, a pizza-restaurant , and a cafe. Super market, cafeterias, taverns and a petrol station are very close. Village Villa is  a fully air-conditioned villa, with private  pool, 3 bedrooms  (one with private bath) all equipped with TVs, a fully equipped kitchen,  a large B.B.Q. and  free Wi-Fi. The sitting room is stone built with comfortable couches, LCD TV - Dvd player and a fireplace. All bedrooms have king-size beds, queen-size beds and balconies with view to the garden, the pool and the mountain. Visitors can relax at the veranda or by the pool and forget about routine life. Villa is cleaned and sheets are changed on arrival and then on the third or fourth day (depends on length of stay).
